✅ Key Responsibilities (GST & ITR Executive):

• Prepare and file GST returns accurately.
• Handle ITR filing for individuals and businesses.
• Coordinate with clients to collect required documents.
• Maintain compliance records and ensure timely filing.

• Assist in resolving GST notices, queries, and reconciliations.

🏛️ Key Responsibilities (MCA/ROC Compliance Executive):

• Handle MCA filings such as AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, INC forms, etc.
• Prepare compliance documents, resolutions, and reports.
• Manage ROC updates, annual filings, and statutory deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients for documentation and requirements.

• Maintain accurate company compliance records.

🎯 Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of GST, ITR, or MCA compliance (depending on the role).
• Strong understanding of accounting or commerce background preferred.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

• Prior experience is a plus, but freshers with good knowledge are welcome.
