1. Services Eligible for Refund
We may consider a refund only under the following circumstances:
Payment was made twice for the same service due to a technical error.
The service was not initiated at all by our team within 5 working days of confirmation and document submission.
The service is technically or legally unfeasible, and we are unable to proceed after reviewing your documents.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@taxamicus.in within 7 days of payment.
2. Services Not Eligible for Refund
We do not provide refunds under the following conditions:
If the service has already been initiated or partially processed
Delay caused by client-side issues, such as:
Incomplete or incorrect documents
Delay in response from the client
Rejection or delay from the government department, as it is beyond our control
Change of mind after payment or switching to another service provider
3. Processing of Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
It will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
Transaction fees or payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation before the service has been initiated.
Once processing has started (e.g., document review, portal login, consultation, or application filing), the service is considered “initiated” and is non-refundable.
